If your desired appointment time is unavailable, please call or text us at 607-725-1511, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please take into consideration that you will need an extra time per appointment to go over the procedure, aftercare, preparation, and other details (for example, a 30-minute appointment will be about 45 minutes - 1hr long. 45 minutes is about 1 - 1.5 hours, 60 minutes is about 1.5 - 2 hours, and 80 minutes is about 2 - 2.5 hours). Please schedule your appointment accordingly.

You can opt to pay in full when scheduling for your visit, pay a deposit towards your visit, or pay your balance at the time of your appointment. Regardless, a valid card on file will be saved.

We understand life can be unexpected, so we allow a 48-hour cancellation or rescheduling period.

For any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.

Appointments rescheduled same day will result in a 50% charge of the service(s) you were scheduled for, that will include your deposit if one was made. No Call No Show appointments will result in 100% charge of the service(s) you were scheduled for, that will include your deposit if one was made. No Call No Show appointments will ONLY be rescheduled when desired appointment time is paid in full at time of booking. No Call No Show more than 2 times, and you will be blocked from making future appointments.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to do any paperwork, if you are a new client. If you are running late to your appointment, please call or text and I will do my best to accommodate. 15 minute grace period is allowed.
