Policies

  • Deposits are required to book an appointment (I only work by appointment)

  • Deposits go towards your remaining balance, and they are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • 24-hours in advance cancellation for any appointment.

  • 48-hours in advance to reschedule any appointment.

  • I know things happen. That's why a 15 min grace period is provided if you’re running late for any reason. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and a new deposit will be required to book. If you call, text, or email lateness, we will gladly extend another 10 minutes. No exceptions.

  • Due to limited space, I ask you not to bring more than 1 guest to the studio.
